Toastmasters Club Resources

Toastmasters provides you with all the tools & support you need to be successful in reaching your speaking and leadership goals. Below are some valuable resources for members and clubs striving for excellence.

Club Management Software. Toastmasters International provides this page as a service to the members and officers of Toastmasters clubs. Toastmasters International does not endorse or license any of the software that may be obtained through the links on this page. Software available through links on this page is available completely free of charge. Get help with day-to-day club tasks, build a free club website, schedule speakers, generate meeting agendas, time speeches, and much more. Get management tools here.

Club Business Cards. Use the Word document to design your own Toastmasters club business cards. This has been designed in Word using Avery Office Products Template #8371. Just fill in the text boxes with your own details.

Club Letterhead.
Use this Word document to personalize your own club stationery. Just overwrite the information in the text boxes with your own.

Toastmasters Promotional Brochures. Download these professional, polished TI promotional marketing materials, flyers, posters & brochures to help build club membership. Don't keep Toastmasters a secret - pass it on.

Toastmasters Educational Program Overview. The educational program is the heart of a Toastmasters club. It is the means through which you develop your communication and leadership skills and achieve your goal of becoming a better communicator. The Toastmasters educational program is divided into two tracks-a communication track and a leadership track.

Advanced Communications Manuals Overview. This is where you really start to grow as a speaker and flex your creative muscles. Order manuals to suit your business or personal needs. Here's a recap of all the Advanced Communication manuals. Each manual is $4.00 and contains 5 speech projects.

Club DCP Report. Find out where your club stands on the Distinguished Club Program throughout the year. Simply enter your club number.

Club and Officer Information Form. If you choose not to submit your club officer information form online, here's the form to fill out and mail in. Need help in filling out the form - get the the instructions here.

Other Toastmasters Districts Flyers & Resources. Check out what District 19 has to offer. Sample flyers for you to modify for your club & educational tools. Also, District 50 has an amazing flyer library to download & edit with your info.

Accredited Speaker Program. Toastmasters International’s Accredited Speaker Program recognizes those members who have attained a professional level of excellence in public speaking. The program is not for everyone. Only a handful of members have what it takes to become Accredited Speakers. Less than one-fourth of those who have applied for the program have qualified as Accredited Speakers.

The Mission of the District is to enhance the performance and extend the network of Clubs, thereby offering greater numbers of people the opportunity to benefit from the Toastmasters educational program, by:

• Focusing on the critical success factors as specified by the District educational and membership goals.
• Ensuring that each Club effectively fulfills its responsibilities to its individual members.
• Providing effective training and leadership development opportunities for Club and District Officers.
